About
My keen interest in people and why we behave the way we do has been with me all of my life. It was at the centre of more than three decades of my professional endeavours, and it is what inspired me to complete three psychology degrees, across 6 years of full-time study. My initial work in mental health as a neurofeedback and psychotherapist led me to become a fully registered psychologist. Across my work in mental health I have conducted many thousands of hours of therapy sessions with clients of all ages, presenting with a wide cross section of issues.
I now work as a clinical psychologist in my own practice, Daniel Simons Psychology. There is no one size fits all approach to our minds. We are each uniquely individual and complex. I respect this by providing specifically tailored treatments for each and every client. When you walk into my office you are met with warmth and authenticity. There is no judgement, only support and sincerity. Our sessions together are designed to empower you as we take a collaborative approach to your treatment with guidance and reassurance from me at every corner.
